GARUDA's technical service team is comprised of a devoted team of engineers & technicians whose responsibilities include attending faults, fault analysis (RCA), modifications and upgrades, retrofitting of turbines, optimization of maintenance procedures, 24/7 (Round the clock) turbine alarm handling, and warranty management. The technical service team works in close collaboration with the Engineering and Technical support from Chennai Head Office. Combining the service and engineering skill sets helps to reduce the breakdowns and increase Uptime of turbine and that maintenance procedures are in accordance with best practices. GARUDA Wind Turbines maintained with the latest technology to help optimize availability.

Preventive and Scheduled Maintenance: -

We have dedicated PM team for electrical and mechanical. Service technicians prioritize preventive maintenance of turbines in order to provide optimal output accordingly maintenance schedule. Our Technicians has diverse technical backgrounds, but one thing that they all have in common is a passion for making sure that each individual turbine is running efficiently

Turbine/Wind farm Monitoring system: -

Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) is a tool for 24/7 turbine/wind farm monitoring which provides customers with a detailed analysis of the output of their turbines. Also it is useful for the preventive maintenance system and breakdowns.

Service Team Movement: -

The service team will be located very near to site vicinity, GARUDA provides to service team with required accommodation and transport facility to reach site. .

Safety: -

A dedicated focus on health and safety is essential to reduce the risks associated with servicing wind turbines. Stringent safety requirements are followed meticulously by highly trained and educated service specialists. GARUDA service having required safety equipment at site, which includes complete set if safety belts, Helmets, safety shoes, rescue device, fire extinguishers, safety goggles and many more.

Infrastructure service support:-

• Service Office with required IT support.
• Portable container for project and commissioning team.
• Spare provision plan for critical parts and Basic consumables keeping at site.
• Tools and tackles for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Personal protective equipment’s for service team at site.
• Vehicle at site 24/7 for service team transportation.
• Service and maintenance of all safety equipment included in the wind turbines and associated equipment.
• SCADA system for turbine monitoring.
• Internet facility for remote monitoring and Technical support to site form Head office and to communicate the customer on need basis.
• Spare management system to fulfill the required spares on time.
